强化阿托伐他汀治疗在急性冠脉综合征患者中的应用分析

Application analysis of intensive atorvastatin in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes

目的探讨强化阿托伐他汀治疗在急性冠脉综合征患者中的应用效果。方法分析本院急性冠脉综合征患者60例的临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为常规组30例和强化组30例。结果强化组急性冠脉综合征患者CRP、TC、LDL-C明显优于常规组,强化组临床疗效总有效率明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化阿托伐他汀治疗对急性冠脉综合征患者临床症状改善明显,疗效良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of intensive Atorvastatin in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes （ACS）. Methods Clinical data from 60 patients with ACS in our hospital were analyzed. Based on varied therapeutic methods, they were evenly divided into regular group and intensive group. Results The indexes like C-reactive protein （CRP）, total cholesterol （TC）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） in the intensive group were greatly superior to those in the regular group. The total effectiveness rate in the intensive group was remarkably higher than that of the regular group. Comparisons above both displayed statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of intensive Atorvastatin in the treatment of ACS patients can get obviously better clinical manifestations with a favorable effect, which is worthy of clinical extension.
