泌尿外科小儿手术围术期护理探讨

Discussion on perioperative nursing of pediatric urology

目的探讨手术室对小儿泌尿外科围术期整体护理的方法。方法对本院收治的175例年龄在2～13岁的尿道下裂、隐睾、鞘膜积液、包皮过长、包茎等泌尿外科患儿的围术期整体护理方法进行回顾性分析、总结。结果 175例患儿均顺利完成了手术,经采用整体护理后有效减轻了患儿的焦虑、恐惧情绪,提高了患儿及家属的合作程度,术后未发现有精神障碍等症状的患儿,术后满意度调查发现高达97.7%的患者及家属对手术室护理感觉满意。结论开展精心、细致、有效的手术室整体护理不但可满足患儿及家属对疾病的护理知识需求及有效消除患儿及家属的紧张、恐惧的心理,还可提高患者及家属的信任度及合作程度,更可提升护士的专业素质,提高医院的影响力和吸引力,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the overall perioperative nursing of pediatric urology in operating room. Methods The perioperative overall nursing method on 175 patients aged 2 to 13 years old suffered from urethral crack, eryp- torchidism, hydrocele, phimosis treated in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results One hundred and seventy-five cases of patients＂ surgery were successfully completed, and all of them accepted overall nursing which effectively reduced anxiety and fears in. children and improved the cooperation of the children and their families, no mental disorder symptoms was found in children. 97.7% of the patients and their families were satisfied with the operating room nursing in the postoperative satisfaction survey. Conclusion To carry out elaborate and meticulous overall nursing can meet the disease knowledge needs of the children and their families, effectively eliminate the tension and fear of the children and their families, improve the trust and cooperation of patients and their families, enhance the professionalism of nurses, increase the influence and attractiveness of the hospital, it should be widely applied.
