摘要
目的探讨老年患者应用程序化护理管理模式实施压疮管理的临床效果。方法抽取94例卧床治疗的老年患者,将其分为对照组和干预组,每组47例。对照组患者采用常规护理管理模式,干预组患者采用程序化护理管理模式。结果干预组患者出现压疮的人数明显少于对照组,患者对护理服务满意度明显高于对照组。结论应用程序化护理管理模式对卧床治疗的老年患者实施压疮管理的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of programmed nursing management model in pressureulcers management of elderly clinotherapy patients. Methods Ninety-four cases of elderly clinotherapy patients were selected and divided into control group and intervention group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given rou- tine care management, and the intervention group was given programmed nursing management. Results The number of patients with pressureulcers in intervention group was significantly less than that of control group, and the care satis- faction of patients was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion The effect of programmed nursing management in pressureulcers management of elderly patients is very obvious.
