摘要
目的探讨临床护理管理中分层次管理的应用效果。方法选择本院2011年9月～2012年9在职护理人员50名,采用分层次管理模式管理,与同期收集的对照组未实施相关管理的50名护理人员作对比。结果观察组护理管理情况及满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理管理中应用分层次管理可保障护理质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of application of hierarchical management in clinical nursing manage- ment. Methods Fifty nursing staff were selected in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2012, used a hi-erarchical model of management, the control group with the same collection was not implemented in 50 nursing staff management for compared. Results The nursing management and satisfaction in the observation group were superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The hierarchical management can ensure the quality of nursing in clinical nursing management.
