摘要
目的通过开设用药咨询窗口,及时发现、解决用药过程中存在的问题,促进合理用药,推动医院药学服务发展。方法收集本院门诊药房2010年1月～2012年6月药品咨询记录进行统计、分析。结果主要用药咨询内容有包括:药品的用法用量、药品的不良反应、药物的相互作用、药品的保存方法、有效期与失效期的辨认、以及药品的价格、是否医保用药等。结论开展用药咨询服务对保证合理用药有重要意义。
Objective To discover and solve problems existed during drug use timely by opening drug use consulting window, to promote rational use of drugs and development of hospital pharmacy services. Methods The medication consulting records in our outpatient dispensary from January 2010 to June 2012 were collected to make statistics and analysis. Results The main medication consultations included application and dosage of drugs, adverse drug reaction, drug interactions, drug preservation, identification of validity and expiration, price of medicine, and medical care in- surance medicine catalozue, etc. Conclusion It makes much sense to offer the medication consulting service.
