摘要 对采用局部模型进行发动机主轴承壁强度分析的不足进行了研究,提出了包含完整机体与主轴承盖的整体模型的分析方法。针对某直列4缸柴油机,根据标定转速与最大转速2个工况下主轴承载荷曲线选取曲轴危险转角,以危险转角下主轴瓦的油膜压力与燃烧压力作为工作载荷,进行了基于整体模型的主轴承壁强度分析。结果表明,整体模型法能够更真实地反映主轴承壁的受力情况,提高了计算精度。 The shortage of partial model to evaluate the structural strength of the main bearing wall was discussed and the integral model including whole cylinder block and main bearing cap was put forward. Aiming at an in-line 4-cylinder engine, the critical angles of crankshaft were selected according to the curve of main bearing load in the conditions of rated speed and maximum speed. Taking the oil film pressure and combustion pressure of critical angles as operating load, the strength analysis of main bearing wall was carried out based on the integral model. The result showed that integral model method was closer to reflect the actual stress status, which improved the calculation precision.
