摘要
以合成的三种新型菲咯啉基铁系催化剂为主催化剂,以甲基铝氧烷为助催化剂,研究评价了反应温度、压力以及n(Al)/n(Fe)等对乙烯齐聚的影响。结果表明,该类催化剂具有较高的催化活性和α-烯烃选择性,在60℃,4 MPa,n(Al)/n(Fe)为1 000的反应条件下,催化活性达3.29×107 g/(mol.h),产物中线性α-烯烃的质量分数达93.2%。
The effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, molar ratio of A1 to Fe, etc. on ethylene oligomerization for prepairing linear ct-olefins were studied with the three homemade novel phenanthrolinyl iron catalysts as main catalyst and methylaluminoxane as cocatalyst. The results show that this series of catalysts has high catalytic activity and high α-olefins selectivity. The catalytic activity reaches 3.29×10^7g/(mol·h) and the mass percentage of linear α-olefins of the resultant products goes up to 93.2% when the molar ratio of Al to Fe is 1 000 at 60 ℃ and 4 MPa.
