摘要
本文依据并应用建构主义学习理论,提出了一种创新型人才培养的"结课选题研讨"教学模式和教学实践"五步法",并结合研究生教学实践,对这一教学实践探索活动和效果进行了总结,分析了其对培养具有创新意识、创新精神和创新能力的创新型人才的作用。
Due to the theory of constructivism a new model for creative talents is raised and the method of five steps is practiced while teaching to the graduates, which is summarized and analyzed in the thesis, especially the significance of the teaching practice to cultivate talents with creative awareness, creative spirit and creative ability.
