摘要
采用种子乳液半连续聚合方法,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)等为共聚单体,引入环氧丙烯酸酯为功能单体及具有抗闪蚀作用的磷酸酯,合成汽车钢板弹簧用磷化防锈乳液,考察了乳化剂、环氧丙烯酸酯、磷酸酯单体不同用量对乳液及其漆膜的影响。研究表明,乳化剂用量、环氧丙烯酸酯用量、磷酸酯单体用量分别为单体总量的2.6%、4.0%、4.5%时,以此乳液制得漆膜附着力1级、耐盐水700 h。
The phosphating antirust emulsion used for auto steel plate spring was synthesized by using methyl methacry, late (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA), and epoxy acrylate and phosphate inhibition as monomer and with seed emulsion semi-batch polymerization method. The influence of emulsifier, different content of epoxy acrylate and phosphate ester on the emulsion and its film properties were studied. The results show that when the amount of emulsifier, monomers, epoxy acrylate ester for 2.6%, 4.0%, 4.5% of the total respectively, the emulsion coating adhesion 1 grade, resistant to salt water for 700 h.
