摘要
通过建立某车型发动机舱罩的有限元模型进行模态分析,利用拓扑优化方法对其结构进行优化设计并提出了两种优化方案,经过进一步分析和制造工艺性能的对比,确定了一种结构优化方案。最后验证了优化方案的刚度,提高了发动机舱罩的整体性能,达到了优化的目的。计算机辅助工程(CAE)工具的运用能够为工程设计人员指明设计方向,缩短研发周期,降低研发成本,取得良好的经济效益。
Through the modal analysis of the finite element model for a engine hood,two structure optimization schemes have been put forward by using topology optimization method to optimize the design of its structure. A structural optimization scheme was confirmed after further analysis and comparison of its manufacturing process characteristic. At last, the structural stiffness of the optimized hood was verified and the overall performance of it was also improved. The purpose of optimization was achieved.The use of computer-aided engineering (CAE) could offer the right direction of design to engineer, shorten development cycles, reduce development costs and bring economic benefits.
