摘要
基于ADAMS/Car、CATIA/DMU等仿真软件模块,论述了多种计算悬架系统车轮运动包络面的方法和流程。特别针对简单的刚体模型不能仿真出精确的车轮轨迹的情况,着重讨论了在考虑柔性体特性的悬架多体系统下,结合利用多个仿真软件计算出精确的车轮运动包络面的方法。
Based on simulation modules such as ADAMS/Car and CATIA/DMU,this paper presents several methods and processes to calculate the wheel envelope of suspension system. Especially to the simple model composed of rigid bodies which cannot simulate the accurate track of wheel. The paper focuses on the multi-body suspension system with flexibili- ty. The accurate wheel envelope is analyzed and calculated utilizing the simulation modules.
