摘要
在Czapek ,PDA ,CMA ,WA四种培养基上 ,从 2 1株捕食线虫真菌中筛选到 7株在无线虫诱导条件下能自发形成捕食器官的真菌 ,这些菌株是 :J8- 1(Arthrobotrysoligosporavar.oligospora) ,MW 17- 2 (A .ja vanica) ,J31- 1(A .vermicola) ,J34 - 1(Dactylellaleptospora) ,XZ9- 2 ,XS2 - 2 ,O1- 1(A .dactyloides) .三维菌网在营养贫瘠的培养基上容易产生 ;粘球和收缩环的形成与培养基营养丰富度无相关性 .对XZ9-
Among 21strains of nematode trapping fungi,7 isolates formed predatory device spontaneously without inducing of nematode were screened on media of Czapek,PDA,CMA,WA.The device of network formed easily on barren medium,however the formation of adhesive knot and constricting ring was not relative with the abundance of medium.In addition, the process of constricting ring formation of the strain XZ9-2 was described and illustrated.
