2型糖尿病患者外周血浆中热休克蛋白70抗体的变化

Changes in level of Heat Shock Protein 70 Antibody in Peripheral Blood Plasma from Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(type 2diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者外周血浆中热休克蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,HSP70)抗体与其病情发生发展的关系。方法:选择112例确诊T2DM的患者(T2DM组),同时选择110例非T2DM的健康体检者(对照组)。采用蛋白质免疫印迹-酶联免疫吸附法(Western blot-ELISA)检测两组患者血浆中HSP70抗体的水平。采用非条件Logistic回归分析HSP70抗体与T2DM的关系。结果:T2DM组中血浆HSP70抗体阳性者36例,对照组则为9例;两组的HSP70抗体阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归显示,HSP70抗体是T2DM的独立危险因素。结论:HSP70抗体可能是T2DM发生发展的独立危险因素。

Objective：To explore the relationship between level of heat shock protein 70（HSP70）antibody in peripheral blood plasma and the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods：A total of 112 patients with T2DM（T2DM group） and 110 healthy persons without T2DM（control group） have been enrolled.Western blot-ELISA was used to detect the level of HSP70 antibody in the peripheral blood plasma of the two groups.The unconditional Logistic regression analysis was used to detect the relationship between HSP70 antibody and T2DM.Results： HSP70 antibody was positive in 36 cases of T2DM group and 9 cases of control group.There was significant difference in the positive rate of HSP70 antibody between the two groups（P0.05）.Logistic analysis showed HSP70 antibaby was an independent risk factor for T2DM.Conclusions： HSP70 antibody may be an independent risk factor for the development of T2DM.
