摘要
叙述了山西省科技成果管理的现状 ,指出科技成果管理工作是一项重要的系统工程 ,直接关系到广大科技人员的积极性和创造性 ,对促进科学技术进步起着重要的作用。针对山西省地震局科技成果管理的不尽完善之处 。
The present situation of the management of scientific and technical achievements in Shanxi was recounted,suggested that the management work of scientific and technical achivement is a important system engineering,it relates to the zeal and creativity of the mass of scientific and technical workers,it has a important effect to promote the advance of the science and technology.Some suggestions to improve management level of the scientific and techical achievements were proposed in view of the imperfections of the management of scientific and technical achievements in the seismological bureau of Shanxi province.
