2012年5月12日至8月12日,韩国全罗南道丽水市接过中国上海世博会的接力棒,展现2050年海洋与人类的和谐共处。与长达近半年的注册类上海世博会不同,丽水世博会属于认可类（以前称专业类）世博会,为期93天,韩国丽水世博会主题馆是世界上首座建造在海上的展馆。站在海边放眼眺望,主题馆宛如海中的岛屿。从另一侧看,主题馆犹如一条浮在水面的巨鲸,静静地遥望着海的远方。让人不由地联想到2012年丽水世博会的主题＂生机勃勃的海洋和海岸＂。海洋这一概念从两个方面来演绎,

Bionic design for Theme Pavilions is an effective method in the innovation design for external forms of the World Expo Pavilions.Based on the cognition for external forms of all organisms in the Nature（including animals,plants, microorganisms and humans）,such design seeks after breakthrough and innovation in the design for external forms of the World Expo Pavilions.It can not only form the unique shape,but also can play the role of new structure system and create the extraordinary artistic appeal.
