摘要
目的预防和控制煤层气发电过程中职业危害,保护劳动者的安全与健康。方法开展现场职业卫生学调查与职业有害因素检测。结果 CO平均接触浓度为(4.34±0.06)mg/m3,NO2平均接触浓度(0.44±0.02)mg/m3,SO2平均接触浓度(0.72±0.01)mg/m3。噪声强度为84.8~92.8 dB(A),工种8 h等效声级82.0 dB(A);频率计权振动加速度0.15m/s2;湿球黑球温度(WBGT)指数31.5℃;热辐射强度570 W/m2;控制室噪声强度73.5 dB(A),工频电场强度0.145kV/m;变压器室工频电场强度0.148 kV/m。结论该煤层气发电工作场所空气中有害气体和物理因素危害检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值。噪声、高热环境、CO、NOx及硫化物是煤层气电站职业危害防护重点。
[ Objective]To prevent and control the occupational hazard during the CBM power generation, so as to protect the la- bors' health. [ Methods ] The field occupational health investigation and occupational hazards detection were performed. [ Results ] The average exposure concentration of CO, NO2, SO2 was ( 4.34 ± 0.06 ) mg/mJ, (0.44 ± 0.02 } mg/m3, ( 0. 72 ± 0. 01 ) mg/m3 , respectively. The noise intensity was 84.8-92.8dB ( A} and the 8h equivalent sound level was 82.0 dB(A) ,the frequen- cy-weighted acceleration to vibration was 0. 15 m/s2 ,WBGT index was 31.5 ℃ ,the heat radiation intensity was 570 w/m2 ;Control room noise intensity was 73.5 dB(A) ,the electric field strength was 0. 145 kv/m,the electric strength of the transformer room was 0. 148 kv/m. [ Conclusion] The air harmful gases and physical factors test results meet the national exposure limits in this project. Noise, high heat environment, CO, NOx, and sulfide are the key occupational protection factors in CBM power generation plant The plant building and entre distribution meet up with the GBZI; The harmful gas, noise intensity, 8h equivalent sound level, fre- quency-weighted acceleration to vibration, WBGT index, heatradiationintensity and the electric strength are lower than the OEL Noise, heat environment, CO, nitric oxide and sulfide
