北京市密云县餐饮单位餐具消毒效果检测情况 被引量:2

Tableware disinfection effect testing of catering units in Miyun County of Beijing City

摘要 目的掌握北京市密云县餐饮单位餐具消毒状况,促进餐具消毒工作,保障人民群众身体健康。方法于2010—2011年在密云县辖区内委托检测的餐饮单位,随机抽取消毒后准备使用的各类餐具,用快速纸片法检测大肠菌群。结果在557家餐饮单位采集样品2 526份,合格户数551家,户数合格率96.8%;合格份数2 515份,合格率99.6%。大型餐馆、快餐店、饮品店和食堂的消毒效果合格率为100.0%,中型餐馆、小型餐馆和小吃店的消毒效果合格率分别为99.7%、99.5%和98.4%。集中消毒、电子消毒柜、化学消毒的合格率分别为100.0%、99.8%和97.9%。结论密云县餐饮单位的餐具消毒效果良好。 [ Objective ] To understand the tableware disinfection status of catering units in Miyun County of Beijing City, to prompt the tableware disinfection, and protect the health of the people. [ Methods ] The catering units commissioned detection in Miyun County from 2010-2011 were randomly selected for coliform detection of disinfected tableware by rapid paper strip method. [ Results ] Of 2 526 samples from 557 catering units, 2 515 (99.6%) were qualified, and 551 (96.8 % ) catering units were qual- ified. The qualified rate of disinfection effect of large restaurants, fast food shops, beverage shop and aanteen was all 100.0%, that of medium-sized restaurants, small restaurants and snack bars was 99.7%, 99.5% and 98.4%, respectively. The qualified rate of concentrated disinfection, electronic disinfection cabinet, chemical disinfection was 100.0%, 99.8% and 97.9%, respectively. [ Conclusion]Tableware disinfection effect is good in catering units of Miyun County.
