2007—2010年南平市医疗机构消毒质量检测结果

Detection results of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Nanping City from 2007-2010

目的为提高南平市医疗机构消毒工作质量,有效控制和降低院内交叉感染,更好地保护人民群众身体健康。方法按照GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》和GB 15981-1995《消毒与灭菌效果评价方法与标准》进行采样和检测。结果 2007—2010年检测各类样品总合格率为87.80%,各合格率分别为90.25%、93.38%、83.07%、82.30%。检测项目中合格率最低为空气检测(74.73%),最高为物体表面检测(98.25%)。一级医院、二级医院、三级医院的合格率分别为93.30%、85.95%、90.66%。结论南平市各医疗机构消毒效果检测合格率较好,但今后仍加强医疗机构中空气等的薄弱环节的监测及管理,消毒质量检测工作仍需加强。

[ Objective ] To improve the disinfection quality in medical institutions in Nanping City, control and reduce the nosocomi- al infection effectively, and ensure people＇health. [ Methods ] The sampling and detection were conducted according to the Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals （ GB15982-1995 ） and the Evaluating method and standard for the efficacy of disinfection and sterilization （GB 15981-1995）. [ Results] The total qualified rate from 2007-2010 was 87.80%, while the annual qualified rate was 90.25%, 93.38%, 83.07% and 82.30% , respectively. The qualified rate of air was the lowest （74.73%） , and that of ob- ject surface was the highest （98.25%）. The qualified rate of Class A, Class B and Class C hospitals was 93.30%, 85.95% and 90.66%, respectively. [ Conclusion]The qualified rate of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Nanping City is satisfacto- ry. However, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and management of weak link in medical institutions, and the detection of disinfection quality should be improved.
