通过假设"可口可乐"和"王老吉"在中国饮料市场上进行并购案例,基于SWOT分析方法并根据经典博弈理论,对二者利益进行了并购博弈分析,以展示出在信息不对称情况下博弈的均衡走势。
Through assuming the case of merger & acquisition of Coca-Cola and Wong Lo Kat in China's beverage market, based on the SWOT analysis and the classic game theory, this paper analyzes the interests of Coca-Cola and Wong Lo Kat in the game of merger & acquisition for demonstrating the game's balanced trends in the case of information asymmetry.
