高职毕业生就业状况调查研究——以安庆职业技术学院电子信息系为例

Survey Research on Employment Status of the Graduates of Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking the Electronic Information Department of Anqing Vocational and Technical College as an Example

随着高校从精英教育向大众教育的转变,大学生就业问题成为关注焦点之一。高职毕业生就业压力逐年增加,就业质量亟待提高。从调查数据分析得出:高职院校要加强学生综合素质培养,必须从实际出发,进一步强化校企合作,进行课程置换,实现分类引导、分层教育。

Along with the transformation of colleges from elite education to mass education, the employment of college students has become one of the focuses. Higher vocational graduates＇ employment pressure increases year by year, the employment quality is not optimistic. From the analysis on the survey data, this paper points out that the higher vocational colleges should strengthen the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive qualities, further strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, and make the curriculum replacement to achieve the classified guidance and stratified education.
