数字媒体校企创新人才双向流动长效机制的研究

Study on Digital Media College-enterprise Innovative Two-way Long-term Talent Flow Mechanism

以太原理工理工大学轻纺工程与美术学院数字媒体艺术专业的建设为例,探讨了校企创新人才的双向流动机制,提出了产学研一体的校企合作办学模式,为相关院校数字媒体艺术专业的学科建设提供了借鉴与经验。

Taking the construction of digital media art major of the College of Textile Engineering and Fine Arts under Taiyuan University of Technology （TYUT） as an example, this paper probes into the mechanism of innovative talents＇ twoway flow between college and enterprise, and puts forward a college-enterprise cooperative school-running mode based on the integration of enterprise, college and research institute, providing references and experiences for the construction of subject construction of subject construction of digital media art major in relative colleges.
