水菖蒲根茎挥发油提取及含量测定

Extraction of volatile oil in rhizome of Acorus calamus L.and its content determination

目的通过测定在辽宁地区生长的、不同地点和不同时间采收的水菖蒲根茎挥发油含量来考察其内在质量,以便进一步开发药用资源。方法使用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油并计算其回收率,以薄层色谱法(TLC)和气相色谱(GC)法对其主要成分进行初步鉴定。结果在同一产地中,水菖蒲根茎中挥发油回收率7月份最高,10月份最低;而不同产地中,水菖蒲根茎中挥发油回收率以铁岭最高,营口最低。结论水菖蒲根茎中挥发油含量与产地和季节有关。

Objective To investigate the inherent quality of Acorus calamus L.growing and collecting in different areas and different seasons by detecting the volatile oil content in their rhizome to further exploit the medicinal material resources.Methods The volatile oil was extracted by water vapor distillation,and its extraction rate was calculated.The primary ingredients in the volatile oil were preliminarily identified by TLC and GC.Results Among the Acorus calamus L.collecting in the same producing area,the volatile oil yield was highest in July and lowest in October.Among the Acorus calamus L.collecting in different areas,the volatile oil yield was highest in Tieling and lowest in Yingkou.Conclusion The content of the volatile oil in Acorus calamus L.is related to its producing area and collecting season.
