颈椎病患者健康知识认知情况调查及护理对策

Survey on situation of health knowledge cognition in patients with cervical spondylosis and corresponding nursing strategy

目的调查颈椎病患者健康知识认知情况,并根据患者对疾病认知情况采取针对性护理策略。方法针对颈椎病的相关疾病知识设计问卷,对确诊为颈椎病的40例患者进行疾病健康知识调查,并对调查结果进行整理与分析。结果颈椎病患者明显缺乏疾病相关健康知识,尤其对颈椎病诱发因素、颈部正确姿势及预防复发方法的认识存在严重不足。结论护士在颈椎病患者住院期间应重视患者健康知识需求,开展个性化的健康教育,同时加强患者出院后电话随访,提高患者对疾病健康知识的认知水平,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To know the situation of the health knowledge cognition in the patients with cervical spondylosis and to make the pertinent nursing strategy for these patients.Methods The questionnaire aiming at the related knowledge of cervical spondylosis was designed and performed the survey on the disease health knowledge in 40 inpatients diagnosed as cervical spondylosis.The survey results were analyzed.Results The patients with cervical spondylosis obviously lacked the disease related health knowledge,especially the knowledge about the induced factors,neck correct posture and the method for preventing recurrence.Conclusion Nurses should attach importance to the knowledge requirement during hospitalization in the patients with cervical spondylosis,conduct the individualized health education,at the same time,strengthen the telephone follw up after discharge from hospital and increase the cognition level to the disease health knowledge for reducing the disease recurrence rate.
