某院2012年1—10月门诊处方点评分析

Analysis on outpatient prescription comments in a hospital during January to October 2012

目的为加强医院处方规范化管理,及时发现、纠正不合理用药现象。方法采用回顾性调查方法对医院2012年1—10月门诊处方进行点评分析。结果合理处方占93.66%,不合格处方6.34%,其中不规范处方占不合理处方53.13%,占总处方3.37%;用药占不合理处方46.87%,占总处方2.97%。平均处方金额112.85元,平均处方药品数1.73种,注射剂使用率12.28,基本药物比例38.72%,抗菌药使用百分率31.88%。结论经过加强医院处方管理取得了一定成效,但还存在一些问题,今后要加强处方管理,提高治疗质量。

Objective To strengthen the management of the hospital prescriptions,timely find and correct the irrational medication phenomena.Methods The retrospective survey method was adopted to perform the outpatient prescription comments from January to October 2012.Results Reasonable prescriptions accounted for 93.66% of total prescriptions.Unqualified prescriptions accounted for 6.34% of total prescriptions.The non-standardized prescriptions accounted for 53.13% of the unqualified prescriptions and 3.37% of total prescriptions.Unreasonable medication accounted for 46.87% of total unreasonable prescriptions and 2.97% of total prescriptions.The average amount of money of prescription was 112.85 Yuan,the average number of drugs per prescription was 1.73.The use rate of injections was 12.28%.The proportion of essential drugs was 38.72%.The use percentage of antibacterial drugs was 31.88%.Conclusion Some achievements are obtained by strengthening the prescription management,But some problems still exist.The prescription management should be strengthened for improving the treatment quality in future.
