婴幼儿配方奶粉中蜡样芽孢杆菌污染的分离鉴定分析

Analysis on isolation and identification of Bacillus cereus in contaminated infant formula milk powder

目的监测婴幼儿配方奶粉中蜡样芽孢杆菌的污染情况,为预防食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法按照GB/T 4789.14-2003食品卫生微生物学检验——蜡样芽孢杆菌检验,采用稀释培养计数(MPN计数)法进行蜡样芽孢杆菌菌落计数及确证试验,并对结果进行分析。结果 40件婴幼儿配方奶粉中,检出蜡样芽孢杆菌3件,其菌落计数结果分别为3.0、3.6、15.0 MPN/g。结论陆川县市售婴幼儿配方奶粉存在蜡样芽孢杆菌污染,需采取有效措施,加强监督管理。

Objective To monitor the contamination situation of market infant formula milk powder by Bacillus cereus in Luchuan county and to provide the scientific basis for preventing foodborne diseases.Methods The samples were tested according to the Bacillus cereus inspection in the national standard GB/T 4789.14-2003 Microbiological Examination of Food Hygiene.The colony counting of Bacillus cereus was conducted by the dilution culture count method（MPN counting） and the confirmatory test was performed.Then the results were analyzed.Results Among 40 samples of infant formula milk powder,3 strains of Bacillus cereus were isolated and the colony counts were 3.0,3.6 and 15 MPN/g,respectively.Conclusion Contamination of Bacillus cereus exists in market infant formula milk powder in Luchuan county,which needs to take effective measures to strengthen the supervision and management.
