摘要
本试验以家蚕蛹为材料,研究了咪唑类化合物KK-42对蛹发育包括卵巢发育的影响。试验结果表明:KK-42在蛹龄36小时之前处理有推迟复眼着色和羽化的作用,而且以复眼着色延迟更明显。KK-42对卵巢重和造卵数也有明显的抑制作用,KK-42对蛹和卵巢发育的抑制作用可通过注射β-蜕皮甾酮恢复,而由于注射保幼激素类似物被加强。同时还就KK-42的作用机理和卵巢发育的激素调节机制作了讨论。
Imidazole compound KK-42 (1-benzyl-[5-(E)-2, 6-dimethyl-1, 5-heptadieny] imidazole) was applied to the pupae of the silkworm to investigate its effects on the pupal development and ovarian growth. The results revealed that the timing of pigmentation of compound eyes and adult emergence were delayed by treatment of KK-42 before 36th hours after pupation. Ovarian growth was suppressed by the application of KK-42 at pupal stage. The retardation of pupal development and o-varian growth with the KK-42 treatment was clearly recovered by injection of |3-ecdysterone,but was deteriorated by injection of juvenile hormone analogues. The mechanism of influence of KK-42 on silkworm and the hormonal regulation of ovarian growth were discussed.
