硫普罗宁联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床研究

Tiopronin metformin clinical study of the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver

目的探讨硫普罗宁联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法选取非酒精性脂肪患者58例,随机分为两组。实验组采用硫普罗宁联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组单用二甲双胍治疗,用药5个月。治疗期间,测量并记录患者用药前后的ALT、AST、TG、TC、BMI等指标的变化情况。结果治疗后,实验组的有效率92.9%显著高于对照组78.6%(P<0.05);实验组治疗后ALT、AST、TG、TC、BMI显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论硫普罗宁联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝效果更为显著,能明显降低血脂,改善肝功能,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of tiopronin metformin in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver tiopronin metformin. Methods A total of 58 cases of patients with non-alcoholic fatty were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group used the tiopronin mefformin treatment, control group was treated with metformin alone, medication five months. During treatment, the measurement and recording patients before and after treatment, ALT, AST, TG, TC, BMI, and other indicators of change were compared. Results After treatment, the experimental group efficiency of 92.9% was significantly higher than those in the control group 78.6% （P 〈 0.05） ; experimental group after treatment, ALT, AST, TG, TC, BMI was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Tiopronin metformin in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver effect is more significant, can significantly reduce blood fat and improve liver function, worthy of promotion.
