肾上腺黑色腺瘤1例并文献复习

One case of adrenal black adenoma and literature review

目的探讨肾上腺黑色腺瘤的临床病理特点及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析我院1例行腹腔镜双侧肾上腺肿物切除术的肾上腺黑色腺瘤患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果患者痊愈出院,随访3个月,血压平稳,无复发及其他不适,病理诊断为左侧肾上腺皮质腺瘤,右侧肾上腺黑色腺瘤。结论肾上腺黑色腺瘤是肾上腺皮质腺瘤的一种,在临床上是一种罕见的良性肿瘤,多为无功能腺瘤,有功能肾上腺皮质黑腺瘤在临床极少见,术前CT及MRI甚至PET检查很难明确,需术后病理明确诊断。

Objective To investigate the clinical pathological features and the diagnosis and treatment methods of a- drenal black adenoma. Methods The clinical data of 1 patient with adrenal black adenoma who had received laparo- scopic bilateral adrenal tumor resection in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and relevant literature was re- viewed. Results The patient was healed and discharged from hospital. Three months of follow-up showed stable blood pressure, with no recurrence or other discomfort. The patient was diagnosed with left adrenocortical adenoma and right adrenal black adenoma. Conclusion The adrenal black adenoma, one type of adrenocortical adenoma, is a rare benign tumor in the clinical practice, mostly non-functioning and rarely functional. It is difficult to confirm the diagnosis of the adrenal black adenoma using preoperative CT, MRI and even PET examination, and postoperative pathology is re- quired.
