合并糖尿病对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响及相关性探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨合并糖尿病对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响及二者的相关性。方法选取合并糖尿病的慢性心力衰竭患者50例为观察组,无糖尿病合并症的慢性心力衰竭患者50例为对照组,于治疗前后比较两组患者的体质状况、心功能、肠胃反应等并发症情况。结果观察组患者心功能Ⅳ级、胃肠反应与其他并发症的例数或发生率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性心力衰竭患者糖尿病合并症与心功能存在较强的正相关性,具有统计学意义(r=1.05,P<0.05)。结论合并糖尿病对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能具有较为密切的影响,其心功能更差,需要注意预防糖尿病合并症的发生。 Objective To discuss the complication of diabetes mellitus's influence on chronic heart failure patients' eardiae function and the correlation. Methods All 50 eases of CHF patients with diabetes were selected as observation group, and 50 eases of CHF patients without diabetes were selected as control group, and physical status, cardiac function, gastrointestinal reaction and complications of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results NYHA class IV, gastrointestinal reaction and other complications in observation group were higher than those of con- trol group (P 〈 0.05), and they had positive relevance between complication of diabetes mellitus and cardiac function (r = 1.05,P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Complication of diabetes mellitus has closely influence on CHF patients' cardiac function, and case's cardiac function, of CHF with diabetes are worse, so complication of diabetes should be prevented.
