摘要
目的观察参苓白术散水提物的抗疲劳、耐缺氧作用。方法采用小鼠力竭游泳实验和小鼠常压耐缺氧实验,观察连续14 d灌胃给予参苓白术散水提物对小鼠的抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力的影响,并测定用药后各组小鼠负重游泳时间、耐缺氧时间、体内肝糖原贮备量、运动后血中尿素氮、血乳酸含量。结果参苓白术散水提物40.0、20.0 g/kg剂量均可显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间和负重游泳时间(P<0.05),显著降低小鼠血中乳酸及尿素氮含量(P<0.05),显著增加小鼠体内肝糖原储备量(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散水提物能显著增强小鼠的抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力。
Objective To evaluate anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance effects of Shenlingbaizhu Powder in mice. Methods Exhaustive swimming test and atmospheric hypoxia test were used to evaluate the anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance effects of Shenlingbaizhu Powder orally administrated for 14 days consecutively.Furthermore,the swimming time,hypoxia tolerance time,glycogen stockpile levels,and the blood urea nitrogen,blood lactic acid after exercise were examined.Results Shenlingbaizhu Powder(40.0 g/kg,20.0 g/kg) could significantly prolong the hypoxia time and swimming time(P 0.05),and significantly reduce the content of lactic acid and urea nitrogen in the blood of mice(P 0.05),significantly increase the glycogen reserves of mice(P 0.05).Conclusion Shenlingbaizhu Powder can significantly enhance anti-fatigue and hypoxic tolerance effects in mice.
