摘要
目的探讨优质护理在门诊分诊中的应用效果。方法以门诊分诊中是否实施优质护理为分界点,各调查100例患者,实施优质护理的为观察组,未实施的为对照组,比较两组患者的护理质量及患者满意度。结果观察组的护理质量评分显著高于对照组,风险事故、投诉率显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在宣教、环境、态度三个方面的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在门诊分诊中的应用能够更好地满足患者的要求,调动护士的积极性,减少护理纠纷,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of quality care in the ambulatory clinic.Methods The demarcation point was decided by whether high quality nursing was taken by outpatient triage,each group was survey 100 cases of patients,the implementation of high quality care for the observation group,not for the control group,care quality and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Care quality score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,risk accidents,complaints were significantly less than that in the control group(P 0.05).Education,environment,attitudes of the three aspects of satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality care in the ambulatory clinic can be better meet the requirements of patients,mobilize nurses' enthusiasm,reduce nursing disputes,improve the patient satisfaction.
