论弥补我国医学继续教育制度中功能性缺失的策略

Discussion on the strategy which to remedy our continuing medical education system′s functional deletion

我国已经建立起具有中国特色的继续医学教育制度。但是从实践来看,继续医学教育制度中存在的功能缺陷比较明显。如培训资金、教学内容、学习方式、基层教育、教育主体等方面存在的问题需要解决。针对上述问题,本文结合国外经验及自身实践经历提出一些建议,以期使制度能够发挥出强大功能。

China has set up the continuing medical education system,but from a practical point of view,this system ′s function has obvious defects.Such as the aspect of funding for training,for teaching content,for learning method,for primary education,for education′s subject.All of problems need to resolve.In view of the above question,the thesis will combined the experience of foreign and our own experience to put forward some suggestion,and in order to make the system out a powerful function.
