本文分析了信息时代“知识管理”的基本概念，知识管理基本职能，知识管理的目标和内容，知识管理实施的环境条件以及实施知识管理的意义，对研究新时代的知识管 理有重要的意义。
This paper discusses the concept, the basic functions, and the aims and content of knowledge management in information age. It also analyzes environmental conditions and significance of implementing knowledge management and all aspects of knowledge management in a new era.
