摘要
针对当前城市住宅发展趋势和演进特点进行了探讨,分别阐述了郊区住宅、室内外空间、住宅技术、居住产品供给四方面演变特征,表现形式及内在原因,并加以分析展望,以期为今后城市人居环境建设提供有益的帮助。
This paper discussed the development trend and evolution characteristics of city residential at present,respectively elaborated the evolution characteristics,forms and inter causes of rural residential,indoor and outdoor space,residential technology,residential product supply four aspects,and prospected and analyzed,in order to provide useful help for future city human environmental construction.
