针对地下车库漏水这一质量通病,总结了地下车库易出现漏水的部位,结合以往施工经验,分析了漏水原因,并提出了相应的防治措施,以期有效控制防水的施工质量,避免后期出现漏水现象。

According to the quality common problems of underground garage water leakage,this paper summarized the prone water leakage parts of underground garage,combining with previous construction experience,analyzed the water leakage causes,and put forward some corresponding preventive measures,in order to effectively control the construction quality of waterproof,prevented the late water leakage phenomenon.
