从理论和实际出发,提出了太原市集中供热(一电)工程节能改造项目实施方案,并通过实际运营效果进行了分析总结,指出大型集中供热工程实施全网自控调节的必要性,对于提高供热企业的运行管理水平和经济效益具有指导意义。

From the theory and reality,this paper put forward the implementation project of energy-saving transformation project of Taiyuan central heating（Frist Electricity） project,and analyzed and summarized the practical operation effect,pointed out the necessity of implementation of whole network automatic control adjustment of large-scale central heating project,had guiding significance for improving the operation management level and economic benefits of heating enterprises.
