提出了项目成本控制的原则,分析了目前施工企业成本控制中存在的问题,并给出了相应的解决措施,提出只有提高全员成本控制意识、严谨制定合同条款、加强建筑工程各阶段成本控制、健全考核奖惩机制,并做好合同变更及索赔工作等才能在市场竞争中获得稳步发展。

Control principles of project cost is put forward.Cost control problems of construction enterprises are analyzed and corresponding solutions are given.It is proposed that as long as staff awareness of cost control is improved,rigorous contract terms are formulated,each stage of cost control in the construction works is strengthened,assessment of reward and punishment mechanism are completed,contract changes and claims are well handled can construction enterprises have steady development in market competition.
