摘要
结合建筑施工企业生产特点,对其员工培训工作中存在的重视程度不够,培训方式简单,培训需求缺少层次细分等问题进行了分析,从培训管理、培训计划、培训评估等方面入手提出了改进建议,以促进企业改进培训工作方法,提高培训效果。
Combining with the production features of the architectural construction enterprises,the paper analyzes some problems,such as the indifferent attitude of staffs towards the training,the simplified training ways,and coarse classification of demands for the training,and points out some improvement suggestions from the training management,the training plan,and the training evaluation,so as to enhance the working methods of the training in the companies and improve the training effect.
