摘要
对企业国际化进程中的人才属地化管理进行了研究,探讨了企业走人才属地化道路的必要性,着重分析了境外企业人才属地化过程中面临的员工素质低、有效劳动力不足等问题,并提出了相应的措施,以提高工作效率。
This paper researched the talent localization management in business internationalization process,discussed the necessity of enterprises talent localization road,emphatically analyzed the staff quality low,effective labor shortage and other problems faced in overseas enterprises talent localization process,and put forward corresponding measures,so as to improve work efficiency.
