摘要
结合工作实践,对如何做好合同管理工作进行了探讨,从建设工程施工全过程入手,分别阐述了投标,合同谈判签订、履约等不同阶段合同管理要点,提出施工企业应加强合同管理、严格履约、注意合同风险的识别及监控,以确保工程利润。
Combining with working practice, this paper discussed how to improve contract management work, from the whole process of construction, respectively elaborated the contract management key points in bidding, contract negotiations, implementation and other different stages, put forward the construction enterprises should strengthen contract management, strictly compliance, pay attention to the recognition and monitoring to contract risks, so as to ensure project profits.
