重复经颅磁刺激治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展 被引量:21

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)是一种多发于老年人的进行性大脑退化性疾病,以认知功能障碍及人格改变为主。随着我国人均平均寿命的增加以及老龄人口的增多,AD对老年人的心身健康危害及其造成的社会负担日趋严重,据中国阿尔茨海默协会统计,目前我国有600万痴呆患者,其中〉60%为AD,预防与治疗AD已成为研究的热点。
