区位商视角下黑龙江省对外贸易区域发展分析

An Analysis of the Foreign Trade Regional Development in Heilongjiang Province based on the Perspective of Location Quotient

作为东北亚地区地理中心的黑龙江省,在对俄、日、韩等国的贸易中处于十分重要的战略位置,这对黑龙江省经贸区域的建设和发展对外贸易具有十分重要的现实意义。运用区位商分析,结合黑龙江省经济腹地、交通运输基础设施和对外贸易发展水平,从进出口总额、工业产值、固定资产投资、外商投资等方面,对黑龙江省对外贸易中的重要节点城市进行实证分析并得出相关结论;同时提出扩大对外经贸合作城市圈、发展园区和对外产业基地、构建现代化对外物流体系和开展商业贸易多元化合作等建议,以促进黑龙江省对外贸易区域的进一步发展。

As the geographic center of Northeast Asia, Heilongjiang Province plays a strategic and key role in the foreign trade with Russia, Japan, South Korea and other countries, which has a very practical significance to the construction of economic and trade area as well as the development of foreign trade. By utilizing the location quotient analysis and considering the infrastructure of transportation and Heilongjiang Province which is the economic hinterland and foreign trade development level , the important node cities in the foreign trade are analyzed empirically in order to come to the relevant conclusion in terms of the total import and export volume, industrial output, fixed assets investment, and for eign trade investment. At the same time, the paper tries to provide suggestions of expanding the area of foreign economic cooperation and trade, developing the industrial area and the base of foreign trade, constructing modern foreign logistics system, starting diversified cooperation in commerce and trade and so on for the purpose of stimulating the further devel opment of the foreign trade area in Heilongjiang Province.
