21世纪大学生素质教育略论

BRIEFING ON QUALITI EDUCATION OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN 21TH CENTURY

针对过去大学生素质教育存在的一些问题，就新世纪大学生素质教育的内容和方法展开讨论。提出加强大学生文化素质和创新素质教育的培养是未来社会发展的迫切需要，同时在素质教育实施过程中要注重突出学生的主体地位，提供给他们更多社会实践机会，并根据大学生的生理、心理特点及个人素质差异，采取因材施教的教育方法。

To counter the problems of quality education of University Students in the past this paper sets of f the discussion over contents and methods of quality education of University Students in the century. The development of the future society need strengthening the training of students' cultural quality and creative education. And meanwhile we should pay attention to highlight students' position as the main body quality education practice, to provide them more chances of social practice and to use the method of teaching students by physiology, psychological characteristics and difference of quality.
