采用热风干澡法对马兰菜进行脱水保藏试验 ,研究了几个关键工艺对产品质量影响 ,找出了最佳工艺条件 .
In preserved experiments on dehydrated asterindicus through hot wind drying process, several key processes which affect product qualities have been studied, and we find out the optimum technology.
