摘要
韶关市的粮食作物仍以水稻为主 ,占 82 5% ,经济作物主要有花生、甘蔗、油菜、烟草等 .栽种面积占农作物总面积的 19 4 8% ,其他作物中以蔬菜为主 ,栽培面积达 1190 0 6亩 .韶关市经济林仍以水果生产为主 ,总栽培面积 2 984 54亩 ,年产量达 10 5713吨 ,蚕桑、茶叶在经济林中也占有一定比例 ,另有毛竹基地 2 0 0多万亩 ,油茶林 50 0万亩 ,白果林一万多亩 ,笋干 136 7吨 ,油茶籽 2 84 7吨 ,白果 50 0吨 .
In this paper, the present situation about agriculture and forestry in Shaoguan is discussed. In agriculture, paddy rice is the major grain crops in Shaoguan, accounts for 82 5 per cent. Peanut, sugarcane, rape, tobacco etc. are the main economic crops, the planted area of which holds 19 48 per cent of total, and vegetables are the chief among other crops, reaching 119,006 mu. In economic forestry,fruit trees are still the main cultivar, the entire grown area is 298,454 mu, the yearly yield attains to 105,713 tons, which account for certain proportions in economic forest, in addition, there are over 1 millions mu of mao bamboo base, 5 millions mu of oil-tea forest, more than 10 thousands mu of gingko forest, dried bamboo shoots, 1,367 tons; oil-tea seeds, 2,847 tons; and ginkgo, 500 tons.
