摘要
针对一种四轴低速重载调车转向架的研制过程中必须重点考虑的黏着性能问题,利用SIMPACK动力学仿真软件分析对比了端梁低位牵引方案、中心销牵引方案、平行牵引拉杆方案以及二系悬挂方案对机车黏着性能的影响,根据调车机车对启动黏着性能的要求,选用满足要求的牵引方案和二系悬挂方案。
The Article is to research on improving the adhesion perfonnance of bogie of Bo - Bo low - speed heavy - load shunting loco- motive, which adopts dynamics simulation software, SIMPACK, to analyze and compare the influence of four different schemes (End Beam Lower- position Traction Scheme, Center Pin Traction Scheme, Parallel Traction Draw Bar Scheme, Secondary Suspension Scheme) on adhesion performance of locomotive. Moreover, based on the requirements of starting adhesion performance, the appropri- ate traction mode and secondary suspension should be selected and used.
