抗疲劳保健茶的制作及人群试饮效果评估 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研制一种用绿茶、红景天、西洋参、枸杞、薄荷制成的抗疲劳保健茶。方法:制备一种抗疲劳茶,并进行人群试饮。按随机抽样法抽取大一军训新生30人,在军训后半段给予服用抗疲劳保健茶,一天两包,共7d,采用自身前后对照研究方法。试饮期后用自制调查问卷进行人群效应评估,确定其最终配方。结果:通过人群效应评估,肢体状况改善的占36.7%、睡眠状态改善的占70%、精神疲劳状况改善的占46.7%。结论:制得的抗疲劳保健茶对于改善实验者疲乏无力、肌肉酸痛、精神疲劳作用效果良好。 [Objective ] To research a kind of anti-fatigue tea consisted of green tea, Rhodiola rosea, american ginseng , medlar, and mint. [Method I To prepare a kind of anti-fatigue tea and evaluate the anti-fatigue effect on people. Totally 30 college students were chosen to drink the tea for 7 days, two bags for one day, and 7 days later the students would fill in a questionnaire to test the anti-fatigue function of the tea for improving health and anti-tired. [Result I According to the questionnaire, 36. 7% students improvd the physical fatigue , 70% students improved the sleeping , and 46. 7% students improved the mental fatigue. [Conclusion]The tea could improve health and anti-tired and alleviate physical fatigue.
