八国集团对非洲关系的机制化分析

摘要八国集团是由西方主导的全球治理机制,在其创立初期就建立了与非洲的关系。此后这种关系不断得到机制化,主要表现在对非联系的常态化、对非议题设置的进程化和对非机构的建设和完善三个方面。这三个方面表现为一种递进关系,为未来双方更加务实关系的建立提供了基础。
