腹膜透析治疗尿毒症合并肝硬化大量腹水的临床效果观察

Effect of the massive ascites discussion of peritoneal dialysis treatment of uremic cirrhosis

目的探讨尿毒症合并肝硬化大量腹水患者使用腹膜透析治疗的效果。方法收集近年来来我院进行治疗的21例尿毒症合并肝硬化大量腹水患者,均给予间歇性腹膜透析及持续性不卧床腹膜透析治疗。比较治疗前后的一般情况及实验室指标。结果尿毒症合并肝硬化大量腹水患者在给予腹膜透析治疗后其腹胀及浮肿症状有显著的缓解;BUN、Cr、NH3在治疗后与治疗前比较明显较低,而ECO2、Hb则明显升高(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症合并肝硬化大量腹水患者给予腹膜透析治疗能够收到较为满意的治疗效果,可以在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of the uremic liver cirrhosis with massive ascites in patignts with peri- toneal dialysis treatment. Methods We collected 21 cases with uremia cirrhosis with massive ascites in our hospital, they were given intermittent peritoneal dialysis and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis. General and laboratory parameters before and after treatment were compared. Results Patients with massive ascites results uremia cirrhosis given peritoneal dialysis in bloating and swelling symptoms significantly alleviate;BUN ,Cr,NH3 after treatment com- pared with before treatment were significantly lower, ECO2, Hb were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Uremia cirrhosis with massive ascites patients given the peritoneal dialysis to receive a satisfactory therapeutic effect in clini- cal practice.
