脑梗死并发肺部感染的研究进展

Research progress of cerebral infarction complicated by lung infection

回顾近5年有关脑梗死患者并发肺部感染的发生率,以及患者年龄、意识障碍、吸烟、基础疾病、侵袭性操作、预防性使用抗生素与肺部感染的关系,同时对肺部感染的致病菌特点、防治原则、支气管肺泡灌洗术在脑梗死合并肺部感染中的应用进行总结。

Review nearly 5 years in patients with cerebral infarction have been related to the incidence of pulmonary infection, and the patient＇s age, disturbance of consciousness, smoking, underlying diseases, invasive operation, the preventive use of antibiotics and the relationship between pulmonary infection, while characteristics of pathogenic bac- teria of lung infection, prevention and control principles, bronchoalveolar lavage in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with pulmonary infection were summarized.
